A free 8-day experiment
that will change the way
you talk about money.
Money doesn’t get to decide
what you’re allowed to want.
8 days. One layer at a time.
What if the problem was never the money?
What if somewhere along the way, you handed money the power to decide what you can want, what you can choose, and when you finally get to feel safe?
I know that feeling. I know because money had a chokehold on me.
The suffocating pressure when I opened my bank account. Wanting something and immediately negotiating myself out of it. Making more. Having a cushion. Doing the responsible thing. Still hearing the same thought:
There’s never going to be enough.
For years, I was a corporate executive. I had the stable job, the income, the MBA, the Certified Financial Planner background, and the golden handcuffs that looked really good from the outside.
But inside, I knew I had to leave. So I prepared for an entire year.
I hired a coach. I shed outdated beliefs. I got clear on where I was going. And at the beginning of January 2022, I set three goals that felt almost impossible: My bonus would be paid early. I would have a financial cushion. I would be in a relationship that felt financially stable. They all had to happen by December 31st.
And somehow… they did.
So on January 17th, 2023, I left corporate. I felt like I had proof that I could trust myself. And then six days later, my partner at the time came home and told me he had quit his job. No preparation. No conversation. No plan. He had walked into HR, returned his things, and left.
And that was the moment everything changed.
Because suddenly, the plan I thought made me safe was gone. The financial stability I thought I could lean on was gone. The logic, the credentials, the strategy, the “I know how money works” part of me… none of it was enough if I couldn’t trust myself in the uncertainty.
That was the moment money stopped being a spreadsheet and became a mirror. A mirror for my beliefs. A mirror for my body. A mirror for my self-trust. A mirror for all the ways I had still been letting money decide what I was allowed to choose. That’s why I created LOADED.
Because I don’t believe the answer is just more financial information. I believe the shift happens when you change the way you talk about money, relate to money, and hold yourself around money.
your body. your beliefs. your words. your self-trust.
Because money gets to be part of the conversation.
But it does not get to outrank you knowing.
FREE. ALL OF IT.
“One woman booked the solo trip she’d been talking herself out of for years.
Another found a level of self-worth she said she didn’t know if she’d ever felt.
This is what the work does.”
